Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the product for another item of your choice.

For all online orders, customers must contact our support team to arrange the exchange process.

Please note that refunds are not provided for returned or exchanged items.

For an exchange to be accepted:

• The item must be unused and in original condition

• All tags and packaging must be intact

• Proof of purchase must be provided

Customized or tailor-made items cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned unless a clear manufacturing defect is identified.
